Margaret Zakarian

CO-CEO, The Lambs Club

After studying the arts and business at New York University, Margaret Zakarian decided to start her career in the restaurant business. Initially working with a group that held Bond St, Republic, Indochine and Town, Zakarian learned how style and nuance influence a guest’s dining experience just as much as the food on the plate. From there, Zakarian teamed up with the infamous nightclub and restaurant Lotus as Director of Marketing & Events and helped launch their new venture The Double Seven. In 2005, Zakarian joined her husband in business to open Country (NYC), The Lambs Club (NYC), The National (NYC), The Water Club Hotel at The Borgata (Atlantic City) and most recently, Tudor House (Miami). Influencing concept, design, graphics and public relations, in addition to menu development, Zakarian finds travel, design research and the study of fashion key components for staying sharp and creating memorable hospitality ventures.
