Prentiss started his stationary line based on the belief that invitations and announcements should communicate more than just the date, time and place. My secret? Truly? That oftentimes I would rather sit quietly and watch everyone enjoy themselves than be in the mix. Crazy, right?

Easy: teleportation. Travel anywhere by putting my fists on my hips and a stern look on my face? Heck yes!

Essential for a good party:
A confident, at-ease host. Funny guests. Friends that love each other, comfortable chairs, and kick-ass food.

Time. Permission.

Flowers. Always. You can distract a lot of critical eyes with beautiful arrangements
