Job Description:
Leading high-end furniture, textiles, antiques and jewelry online marketplace is looking for a detail-oriented person to join their team as a Customer Service/Order Fulfillment Associate. The existing team is young, dynamic, fun, experienced, and hard working. Job requires candidate to be very detail oriented, possess a warm and engaging personality and have great phone skills. Needs to have some experience with PayPal, strong technological skills, have an interest in the home furnishings/antiques market, and love people.
Duties To Be Performed:
Order Fulfillment (Customer/Vendor)
Set Up and Train New Vendors
Financial Responsibilities Surrounding Payments

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree
Experience with PayPal and related e-commerce programs preferred
Basic data entry skills on PC computer
Excellent customer service/phone skills
Proficient use of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook
Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop a plus
Preferred: Some knowledge of basic antiques & collectibles; Fine Art a plus
